DAIKIN has launched a 5-Year Comprehensive  Warranty Promotional Offer for its RA Hi-Wall Inverter Split ACs purchased between April 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025.  
- Comprehensive Warranty Extension: Extends the full unit warranty to 5 years for ACs between 0.75TR to 2.60TR bought from authorized partners and Daikin’s website for residential use only (excludes commercial and institutional applications).  
- Coverage: Includes PCB, swing motor, fan motor, evaporator coil, condenser coil, compressor, and sensors. Customers must pay inspection and replacement charges from the second year onward.  
- Exclusions: Air filters, plastic/metal parts, remote handset, labor, gas charging, and damages due to site conditions, pests, power supply issues, or corrosive environments.  
- Gas Charging: Costs for gas refilling due to compressor, evaporator, or condenser coil issues are chargeable, but inspection charges will be adjusted against gas charging rates.
  - The 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty is valid only if installation, extended warranty registration, and service are done through Daikin’s authorized Sales & Service Partners. 
 - Proof of purchase (GST invoice) must be kept for warranty claims.  
- A 60-month Warranty Registration letter will be emailed to customers (correct email must be provided during installation in Daikin CRM).
